The MSTP and BMS graduate program are pleased to welcome Robert Malenka, MD, PhD as our Trefethen Visiting Professor for 2018. Dr. Malenka is visiting us from Stanford where he is a Pritzker Professor of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences Director, Nancy Pritzker Laboratory Deputy Director, Stanford Neurosciences Institute Associate Chair, and a Professor in the Department of Psychiatry & Behavioral Sciences. Trefethan Visiting Professor Lectureship - Jeffrey Gordon, MD

The MSTP and UCSF welcomes Jeffrey I. Gordon, MD as the 15th Annual Trefethan Visiting Professor. Dr. Gordon is visiting from Washington University, St. Louis and is a Dr. Robert J. Glaser Distinguished University Professor, the Director of Center for Genome Sciences and Systems Biology, and a Professor of the Department of Pathology and Immunology. Following the lecture, there will be a private dinner held for MSTP students along with Dr. Gordon to give the MSTP community a chance to speak him in a smaller setting.
